At Strathdee Properties we aim to make the process of purchasing a house site in the country trouble free. We specialise in gaining planning approval for individual house sites therefore removing all of the stress associated with dealing with the planning process. The sites are serviced, boundary fences are erected and access roads constructed so that all the purchaser has to think about is the building of their house. This can either be using the plan approved for the site or an alternative house style which means a simple process to amend the plans, subject to Local Authority planning constraints.

We have many sites throughout Moray and the Highlands and we hope we would have something to suit most people’s needs.
